- Name – The name of the hospital, clinic, or center.
- Contact – Contact person or number for the location.
- Type – Type of facility (Hospital, Private Clinic, Medical Center, etc.).
- Address – Physical address of the location.
- Actions:
- Edit (✎) – Modify location details.
- Delete (⊖) – Remove a location from the list.
- New Location: Add a new hospital, clinic, or center to the system.
